BreathMeBlueMoon

breath me blue moon

walking off the wall
sinking into spatial dismal sin
just one look at the blue moon
where do you see yourself
in twenty two hundred years
it’s a long, long, long away from now

ceilings smoking within
pierced by serenading ravens
hitherto been hunted with fear
just one look at the blue moon
eyes are gleaming struck with searing flames
and i don’t even know your name

maybe they call it death
maybe they call it hope
leaving a little angel in the sidewalk coffee cup
just one look at the blue moon
swept up by the typhoon
drinking deep in the sea

introspect

The UCLA Vietnamese Culture Night 2000 had a performance which featured a dreamlike state with a sad song. I sorta remembered some of the melodies and just sung to it off the top of my head making up some lyrics. Today I feel sad, the kind where I feel like everything I’ve done up to this point had been futile.
